"Batch Cooking"

We get asked all the time how to incorporate healthy foods into a busy lifestyle.

It's not easy, but there is a way... cook in bulk/"batches"!

-Make a double portion of your favorite chili, curry, or soup, and freeze individual portions that can be thawed and warmed up when needed

-Bake up 6 sweet potatoes (375 degrees, for 45-60 minutes or until center is soft), to have on hand for a quick sweet snack (sprinkled with cinnamon and a dab of coconut oil or grass fed butter) or savory starch to accompany your protein

-Hard boil 6-8 eggs, peel, then store for up to 3 days for a quick source of protein
